Scientific inquiry
Test hypotheses against evidence and remain open to disconfirming results.
Fintel Research Labs advances financial intelligence through quantitative research, data science, and computational technology.
We treat financial markets as dynamic, interconnected systems. These five habits of mind shape how we develop and evaluate every idea, every day.
Test hypotheses against evidence and remain open to disconfirming results.
Quantify uncertainty rather than imply certainty about future outcomes.
See markets as interconnected systems, and translate that complexity into testable research.
Build transparency and risk controls into every system from the outset, not bolted on after.
Challenge, monitor and refine models as evidence and markets evolve.
Our research spans quantitative modelling, market microstructure, positioning and derivatives analysis, and — through PIE — physical-world intelligence drawn from satellite imagery and geospatial data. Together, they test one question: what does the evidence actually say?
Multi-timeframe price structure, regime classification and probabilistic hypothesis testing — evidence over prediction.
Liquidity, order flow, execution conditions and the short-horizon dynamics that shape real fills.
Open interest, gamma, expiry and dealer structure — reading who is actually positioned in the market.
Relationships across instruments, sectors and market regimes, and how they shift under stress.
Signal normalisation, validation and weighting — the data engineering behind PRISM's Signal Factory.
Satellite imagery, geospatial and shipping data, and physical inventories — observing real-world economic activity before it reaches conventional data.
We develop an interconnected ecosystem of proprietary financial intelligence, emerging data research and quantitative technology. Each product addresses a distinct challenge: interpreting complex markets, expanding the information frontier, or making systematic research more accessible.
A proprietary, multi-engine financial intelligence architecture—from market evidence to governed capital decisions.
PRISM observes markets, weighs the evidence, and decides when capital should act — or when it should deliberately wait.
Markets cannot be understood through any single indicator or model. PRISM brings together specialized quantitative engines that examine market structure, institutional positioning, volatility, liquidity and cross-asset behavior. Its modular architecture is designed to transform heterogeneous evidence into probabilistic assessments, strategy selection and disciplined decisions, with risk and governance embedded throughout the process.
At its center is the PRISM Signal Factory—an intelligence layer that organizes, evaluates and combines signals from multiple research domains. It supports strategy-specific interpretation while addressing signal quality, interaction, persistence and overlapping evidence.
Evidence → Probability → Expected Value.
Specialized strategy frameworks, activated by market context and mandate.
PRISM's differentiator is not a single trading model. It is the integration of research intelligence, probabilistic evaluation, dedicated strategy frameworks, capital discipline and an auditable decision process within one proprietary architecture.
PRISM Core is in live validation ahead of a 2026 trading launch.
Physical Intelligence Engine
Markets reflect changes in the real economy long before every development appears in conventional financial statements. PIE is an exploration of how physical-world observations and alternative datasets might deepen the understanding of economic activity.
A forward-looking research initiative; capabilities and applications remain subject to development and validation.
A future interface between quantitative research and systematic strategy development.
Studio is envisioned as a structured environment for exploring strategies, studying market conditions and examining research outcomes using repeatable, transparent workflows. Its purpose is to translate complex research infrastructure into practical tools for qualified users and institutions.
Continuously interpret market and non-market evidence, including physical-world signals.
Determine regime, setup quality and probability using PRISM's intelligence engines.
Test conviction and reward-to-risk before any capital is put at stake.
Apply portfolio, risk and execution constraints — trade, wait, or stand down.
Capture every outcome to refine the evidence base for what comes next.
